Bookings

Please read over terms & conditions at the bottom of the page before booking.

By proceeding with the booking of Social Hub Studio, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the rental booking.

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund of the deposit. Failure to provide the required notice will mean you won't get your 50% deposit back.

  • The Renter must ensure that the studio CYC wall is left in a cleanable state after hire. If it cannot be cleaned, a $150 repainting fee will apply.

  • The Renter is responsible for any damage to the premises. This includes equipment, or furnishings during the Rental Period. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly, as determined by Social Hub Studio.

  • While the studio aims for a quiet environment, complete silence cannot be guaranteed.

  • The Renter must have liability insurance that covers their activities on the Premises.

  • Social Hub Studio shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages to persons or property that occur during the Rental Period.
